1. Dongdaemun Luggage Storage Lockers at DDP Station
Seoul Metro’s public locker dataset (30 June 2026) lists the biggest cluster for Dongdaemun luggage storage at Dongdaemun History and Culture Park Station. On Line 2, lockers 1 to 36 are near Exit 1 and lockers 37 to 60 are near Exit 1 around the shops. On Line 4, lockers 61 to 68 are by the gates near the toilets. On Line 5, lockers 89 to 97 are on B2F by the gates toward Exits 6 and 7.
That is 77 lockers across three lines, and busy shopping days can empty them. Use Exit 1 for the DDP building: DDP’s own directions place the station’s Exits 1 and 2 beside the plaza. Check the T-Locker screen or reserve in the app (up to 2 hours ahead) before you go down.

2. Dongdaemun Station, Dongmyo and Sinseol-dong Lockers
Dongdaemun Station (Lines 1 and 4) has lockers on both lines. Line 1: lockers 1 to 25 near Exit 1. Line 4: lockers 26 to 51 near Exit 8 and lockers 52 to 72 near Exit 9, next to the i Center tourist information desk. That is 72 lockers, handy for hotels along Toegye-ro.
North and east of the gate, Dongmyo has lockers 1 to 9 inside Exit 3 by the escalators (Line 1) and 10 to 26 on B1F near Exits 4 and 7 (Line 6). Sinseol-dong has lockers 1 to 9 by the Ui-Sinseol transfer entrance near the ATM and lockers 10 to 18 inside the gates at Exit 10. Cheongnyangni has a bank under the stairs at Exit 4. All use the same prices.

3. DDP Market Storage and the Shopping Malls
DDP’s own facilities page (checked 15 October 2026) lists a paid storage point, 물품보관소 (유료), at the DDP Market entrance on the Exit 1 side of the station. It publishes no price or hours, so ask at the desk. The DDP Welcome Center on B2F (Oullim Square, right of Exit 1, 10:00 to 20:00) rents wheelchairs and strollers; it is not a storage counter.
The big malls around DDP sell clothes more than they hold bags. Ask at the customer desk of any mall you use whether it holds bags. Treat mall storage as a question to ask, not a plan.
4. Dongdaemun Luggage Storage in Shops and Hotels
Radical Storage listed several Dongdaemun luggage storage points on 15 October 2026, each ₩5,100 per bag per day: a Gwangjang Market shop (9:30 AM to 8:30 PM, 4.9 from 32 reviews) and a Jongno 5-ga Subway Station shop that showed as closed. Its Dongdaemun page showed a restaurant at Sinseol-dong Subway Station (10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 4.8 from 6 reviews) and one at Anam Subway Station (11:00 AM to 10:00 PM).
Bags sit behind a counter without a lock, so keep valuables with you. One reviewer notes the luggage sat in a hallway with a reservation sticker and no locker. Check the closing time against your last stop; the shop listings close between 20:30 and 22:00.
5. Staffed Counters Near Dongdaemun
For staffed Dongdaemun luggage storage run by the subway company, Seoul city lists six T-Luggage counters: Seoul Station, Hongik University, Jamsil, Myeongdong, Gimpo Airport and Jongno 3-ga. Jongno 3-ga (Line 5, B1F near Exit 6) is two stops from DDP, and Myeongdong (Line 4, B1F near Exits 9 and 10) is two stops away too. Both are open 09:00 to 22:00. Station-to-airport delivery starts at ₩20,000 per bag on weekdays and works with Incheon Terminal 2 only.

From Dongdaemun to the Airport With Your Bags
After Dongdaemun luggage storage, Airport Limousine 6001 (₩17,000) stops at DDP hotels and is the simplest bus. The night bus N6701 (₩18,000) leaves Incheon for DDP and returns the same way; the AREX Express plus Line 4 is about ₩14,500 (estimate).
