Incheon Airport Luggage Storage: Best Options 2026

Bottom line: for Incheon Airport luggage storage, use the Hanjin Express counters (₩5,000 to ₩12,000 per day by size; the Terminal 2 counter on the 3rd floor is open 24 hours), or pre-book a bag drop on Klook from US$8.20 a day; and note that Hanjin’s city-to-airport delivery works with Terminal 2 only.

Quick Korea Travel Guide

Pre-book a bag drop: Incheon Airport luggage storage on Klook (US$8.20 per day cabin size, US$10.45 cargo size, 4.1 from 135 reviews, checked October 2026), or shop-based storage near the airport on Radical Storage (listed at ₩5,100 per day on 15 October 2026).

Most people searching for Incheon Airport luggage storage want one of three things: leave bags for the day after landing, leave bags for the trip while they travel on, or avoid hauling a suitcase to the airport at the end. Incheon has a clear answer for each, but the pages that describe it disagree on floors and hours. This guide uses the operator (Hanjin Express), the airport’s facility directory and the resellers, and flags below where they differ. Figures are dated October 2026.

If you are arriving in the city rather than leaving it, see the Seoul luggage storage guide for subway lockers.

Incheon Airport Luggage Storage: What Actually Exists

There are three kinds of Incheon Airport luggage storage. Walk-up counters run by Hanjin Express. Pre-booked bag drops sold by resellers. And a delivery service that carries a bag between a Seoul subway station and Terminal 2. There are no self-service lockers like the ones in Seoul subway stations: neither Seoul Metro’s nor Korail’s public locker datasets list an Incheon Airport station.

1. Hanjin Express Counters: Incheon Airport Luggage Storage at T1 and T2

Incheon Airport luggage storage is not run by the airport itself; Hanjin Express does it, and the airport’s directory lists its counters. Use the arrivals-level counter if you have just landed, and the departure-level one if you are about to fly.

One conflict to know about. Hanjin and the airport’s own facility directory place the Terminal 2 counter on the west side near Gate 1. The airport’s October 2024 news post and some reseller pages say east side or opposite check-in counter H. Follow the signs in the terminal and ring 032-743-5835 if you cannot find it. The airport’s Terminal 1 counters come from that 2024 news post, so confirm hours with the airport on 1577-2600 if you plan a tight connection.

Zimcarry counters at Terminal 1

Terminal 1 has a second walk-up operator. Zimcarry (짐캐리) lists three Incheon T1 shops on its own site: the west shop on the 3rd floor inside Gate 13 (open 00:00 to 23:50, nearly round the clock), the east shop on the 3rd floor inside Gate 2 (07:00 to 22:00), and a shop on B1 to the right of the AREX all-stop ticket gates (07:00 to 22:00).

At the west shop, storage is priced per 24 hours: ₩5,000 for a suitcase up to 55 cm (cabin size), ₩8,000 for 56 to 70 cm, ₩10,000 for 71 cm and over; bags are ₩3,000, ₩5,000 and ₩8,000 by size. Delivery to a hotel starts at ₩25,000 a bag, with bags dropped 00:00 to 14:00 and collected 15:00 to 24:00 at the shop. These are operator prices; carry some cash as a back-up in case your card is declined.

Up to 90 cm (small)₩5,000
Up to 120 cm (medium)₩6,000
Up to 140 cm (large)₩7,000
Up to 160 cm (extra large)₩10,000
Up to 180 cm₩12,000
Over 180 cm₩20,000
Any bag up to 180 cm, up to 4 hours₩5,000

For Incheon Airport luggage storage, Hanjin measures by the sum of the three sides and also lists weight bands. A cabin bag usually lands in the medium band and a 24-inch case roughly in the large one; the counter measures the bag, so ask which band applies. Frozen and chilled goods are not accepted. Carry some cash as a back-up in case your card is declined.

2. Pre-Booked Storage on Klook

If you want Incheon Airport luggage storage confirmed before you land, the Incheon Airport luggage storage listing on Klook (operated by a company called For Holiday) sells it per day: US$8.20 for cabin size and US$10.45 for cargo size, for either terminal. The listing defines cabin as up to 24 inches and cargo as 25 inches and over, and bans golf bags, skis, snowboards, bicycles and surfboards. Free cancellation applies with 24 hours’ notice, and the product page mentions insurance of up to US$800.

Hours differ even within the listing: it says “as late as 9:00pm” in one place and Terminal 1 to 23:00 and Terminal 2 to 22:00 in another, so check your voucher. The Terminal 1 meeting point is inside Exit 14 on the 3rd floor on two reseller pages; Terminal 2 listings disagree (Exit 8 versus Exits 9 and 10), so follow your voucher. The listing shows 4.1 from 135 reviews (as of October 2026).

3. Send Bags From the City to Terminal 2

If your problem is the walk to the station, not the airport counter, this side of Incheon Airport luggage storage helps: T-Luggage delivery moves a bag from a Seoul station to the Hanjin counter at Terminal 2. Seoul city’s fee table: ₩20,000 for a small or medium bag, ₩26,000 for large and ₩31,000 for extra large on weekdays; ₩29,000, ₩38,000 and ₩45,000 on weekends.

The timings come from Hanjin. From a station to T2: hand the bag in at a T-Luggage counter by 12:00 the same day and collect it at the T2 Hanjin counter between 16:30 and 21:00. From T2 to a station: drop it at T2 by 14:00 and collect it at a T-Luggage counter between 18:00 and 22:00. Both directions can be booked at tluggage.co.kr the day before.

The stations are Seoul Station, Hongik University, Myeongdong, Jongno 3-ga, Gimpo Airport and Jamsil, and Hanjin’s page says Terminal 1 has no Hanjin office, so the service cannot be used there. Details and fees are in the Seoul luggage storage guide, and area guides cover Hongdae, Myeongdong and Seoul Station.

4. What You Will Not Find: Lockers for Incheon Airport Luggage Storage

Do not plan on a coin locker for Incheon Airport luggage storage. Seoul Metro’s T-Locker dataset (30 June 2026) lists lockers only in its own stations and Gimpo Airport, and Korail’s list (30 June 2025) has no airport station either. If you want a self-service locker on the way, the nearest are in the city: Seoul Station (Line 1 and 4 banks) and Hongik University (171 lockers), which are also the AREX stops where most visitors change. The Incheon Airport to Seoul guide has the AREX fares (all-stop ₩4,750 to Seoul Station from T1, ₩5,350 from T2).

Allow time at both ends of any Incheon Airport luggage storage plan. The airport itself advises 1 to 2 hours for immigration and bags after you land, and the counter at T2 is not next to every exit. If you land at one terminal and your storage is at the other, the free inter-terminal shuttle is AIRPORT 03 (T2 to T1) and AIRPORT 04 (T1 to T2), every 7 to 20 minutes.

Mistakes to Avoid

  • Booking city-to-airport delivery for Terminal 1. Hanjin says it has no Terminal 1 office for the service.
  • Missing the 12:00 delivery cut-off. The same-day bag only reaches T2 for 16:30 pick-up if you drop it by noon.
  • Assuming Incheon Airport luggage storage is open all night. Only the T2 Hanjin counter is a full 24 hours; the T1 Zimcarry shop at Gate 13 runs 00:00 to 23:50.
  • Choosing the wrong floor. Arrivals-level counters are on the 1st floor; the 3rd floor is departures.
  • Trusting one source for the exact spot. Hanjin, the airport and resellers differ; use signage and the phone numbers.
  • Packing food that must stay cold. Hanjin does not accept frozen or chilled goods.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much is luggage storage at Incheon Airport?

Are there lockers at Incheon Airport?

Plan on a staffed counter. Neither Seoul Metro’s nor Korail’s public locker datasets list an Incheon Airport station. Use a Hanjin counter or a pre-booked bag drop.

Can I store luggage at Incheon Airport overnight?

Yes at the Terminal 2 Hanjin counter on the 3rd floor (00:00 to 24:00) or the Zimcarry shop inside Gate 13 on the 3rd floor of Terminal 1 (00:00 to 23:50). Most other counters close between 21:00 and 22:00.

Where is the Incheon Airport baggage storage at Terminal 1?

Hanjin counters are on the 3rd floor near check-in counters B and N and on the 1st floor near Gates 2 and 13, according to an airport news post from October 2024. Confirm the hours with the airport before a tight connection.

Can I send my luggage from Seoul to Incheon Airport?

Yes, to Terminal 2 only. T-Luggage delivery costs from ₩20,000 per bag on weekdays. Drop the bag at a station counter by 12:00 and collect it at the T2 Hanjin counter between 16:30 and 21:00.

Can I leave luggage at Incheon Airport for several days?

Hanjin lists a day rate, and the Klook listing prices per day for dates up to the maximum shown at booking. Confirm the maximum stay with the counter if you plan more than a few days.

Is there a luggage storage option near Incheon Airport that is cheaper?

Shop-based storage on Radical Storage listed about ₩5,100 per bag per day in October 2026, which is similar to Hanjin’s small-bag rate. Hanjin is simpler because it is inside the terminal.
