What this guide covers
What Is Halloween at a Korean Theme Park Like in 2026?
Korean parks run Halloween as a festival of several weeks, not a single night. Expect decorated zones, shows and horror attractions on top of the normal rides, with the best events after dark. Halloween falls on Saturday 31 October 2026, so Friday to Sunday will be the busiest days.
Ticketed entry keeps a Halloween Korea theme park visit calmer than the Hongdae and Itaewon street parties in our Halloween in Seoul guide, and each park publishes its own dates and hours.
1. Halloween Korea Theme Park Dates, Prices and Access
The table compares each Halloween Korea theme park using the operator’s own pages, checked on 21 October 2026. Confirm the day’s hours in each park’s app before you leave.
The three parks compared
| Park | 2026 festival | Adult ticket (official) | Getting there |
|---|---|---|---|
| Everland, Yongin | Blood City Zero, 12 Sep to 22 Nov | ₩71,000 (Oct), ₩65,000 (Nov) | Giheung Station, then EverLine |
| Lotte World Adventure, Jamsil | Junji Ito festival from 19 Sep; Dark Fantasy parade to 15 Nov | ₩67,000 combined, ₩64,000 park only | Jamsil Station, Lines 2 and 8 |
| Seoul Land, Gwacheon | K-Dopamine Ghost Festival, 5 Sep to 1 Nov | ₩52,000 all day, ₩45,000 from 16:00 | Seoul Grand Park Station Exit 2, Line 4 |
Hours change by date. On 21 October Everland’s home page showed 10:00 to 22:00 and Lotte World’s showed 10:00 to 21:00.
2. Everland: Blood City Zero
Everland’s official page lists Blood City Zero: Hell Gate from 12 September to 22 November 2026. Samsung C&T describes it as an outdoor immersive horror show: you join a resistance unit called White Z against a zombie outbreak across five themed zones, directed by Lee Seok-hoon of the film The Pirates. The performance runs daily from 16:00 to 21:00, and ticket holders take part at no extra cost, according to Financial News. The Korea Herald notes it is the zone’s tenth year.

By day a Smiley Pumpkin Parade runs daily and the Wild Savanna Expedition lets you walk among 15 animal species in Lost Valley. A zombie makeup salon and costume room let you join the show. Ride first, then stay for the 16:00 performances. Everland’s home page also posts an attraction inspection plan for October and November, so check the notice for the ride you came for.
Everland’s official fee page lists one-day adult and teen tickets at ₩71,000 in October and ₩65,000 in November (₩61,000 and ₩55,000 for children and seniors). A visit on or after 1 November saves ₩6,000 an adult and still catches the show. Everland says preferential rates do not apply to foreigners without an alien registration card and Korean documents. Our Everland vs Lotte World guide compares both parks; on 21 October the KKday e-ticket started from KRW 41,000.

3. Lotte World: Junji Ito and the Dark Fantasy Parade
Lotte World Adventure is the simplest Halloween Korea theme park for a Seoul-based trip. It joins Jamsil Station, and the Adventure hall is indoors, so rain matters less. Lotte World announced its “Invitation to Bizarre World” festival, built with the official Junji Ito Collection, for 19 September to 15 November, with walkthroughs, photo zones, themed food and merchandise, according to The Korea Times.
The official Dark Fantasy Festival parade runs from 12 September to 15 November at 20:20 and lasts 25 minutes, starting at the Garden Stage plaza on Adventure 1F. With the park showing 21:00 as closing time on 21 October, claim a spot early.

Lotte World’s official ticket page lists the combined pass (park plus Folk Museum) at ₩67,000 for adults all day and ₩55,000 for After4, valid from 16:00; the park-only pass is ₩64,000 and ₩52,000. Same-day online booking is cheaper, ₩46,900 for an adult 1-Day pass until 31 December 2026, as covered in our Lotte World tickets guide. On 21 October KKday listed the 1-Day pass at KRW 42,000, and you can also book on Klook.

4. Seoul Land: K-Dopamine Ghost Festival
Seoul Land in Gwacheon, billed as Korea’s first theme park, is the budget Halloween Korea theme park. Its official poster dates the K-Dopamine Ghost Festival from Saturday 5 September to Sunday 1 November 2026, mixing Korean ghosts such as the gumiho (nine-tailed fox) with Dracula and other Western ghosts. The official site lists a ghost prank-call show, and it also previews its Christmas Town Market in October.

Seoul Land’s official price list shows adults at ₩52,000 all day and ₩45,000 from 16:00, teenagers at ₩46,000 and ₩39,000, and children at ₩43,000 and ₩36,000. The pass covers entry and rides only; the ghost cave costs ₩9,000 a go. Because the festival ends on 1 November, Halloween weekend is the last chance. A Klook Seoul Land pass listed from US$20.79 on 21 October.

5. Which Halloween Korea Theme Park Should You Choose?
- Short stay or rain: Lotte World. It is on the subway, partly indoors, and the parade ends by about 20:45.
- Horror first: Everland. Plan a full day and be inside for 16:00.
- Lowest cost: Seoul Land, but its festival closes on Sunday 1 November.
- Street party too: Visit a park by day and read Halloween in Seoul and the Hongdae and Itaewon guide before a late night out.
- Quieter days: Pick a weekday for any Halloween Korea theme park; queues are longest from 30 October to 1 November.
If tickets or weather fail, a guided ghost walk is a good plan B for the same night.

6. Getting to Each Halloween Korea Theme Park
Everland: Everland’s official traffic page says to take the Bundang Line to Giheung Station and change to the EverLine light rail, which runs 05:30 to 23:30. Ride to the last stop and take the free shuttle to the park; it starts at 07:30 and the last one leaves one hour after the park closes. Express buses 5002, 4105, 5700, 1500-2 and 1113 also serve Everland from Seoul; 4105 stops at Myeongdong and Seoul Station. Set up Naver Map in English first.
Lotte World: Take Line 2 or 8 to Jamsil Station; see the subway guide for fares and last trains.
Seoul Land: Take Line 4 to Seoul Grand Park Station and leave by Exit 2. Seoul Land’s guide says to walk straight past the “I love Seoul Grand Park” sign, about 10 minutes to the ticket office.
The KKday Everland shuttle lists a return departure at 18:30, so for Blood City Zero after dark use the EverLine or the 4105 bus instead.

- Leaving Seoul Land for the last weekend: the festival ends on Sunday 1 November.
