Bottom line: for Itaewon luggage storage, use the 51 T-Lockers at Itaewon Station on Line 6 (B1F by the toilets, from ₩2,200 per 4 hours on a weekday); there is no staffed counter here, so for a suitcase the next best options are the lockers one stop away at Noksapyeong or a shop or hotel that takes bags on an app.

Itaewon luggage storage is mostly a hotel check-out problem: people leave a hotel on the hill at 11:00 and want to eat and drink until a late flight. Itaewon has one locker bank, no staffed counter and a handful of shops and hotels on storage apps. That is thin for such a busy area, and the honest summary is to book ahead for the evening. Figures come from Seoul Metro’s locker dataset, Seoul city and storage-app listings, dated October 2026.
Quick answer

- No staffed counter: the nearest T-Luggage counter is at Seoul Station.

1. Itaewon Luggage Storage Lockers on B1F
Seoul Metro’s public locker dataset (30 June 2026) lists two banks for Itaewon luggage storage at Itaewon Station on Line 6, both on B1F. Lockers 1 to 21 are in front of the toilets. Lockers 22 to 51 are around the toilets. That is 51 lockers, with no bank near a particular exit, so follow the signs to the toilets on B1F.
Fifty-one lockers is small for a station that serves a nightlife area, and weekend afternoons fill fast. Check the T-Locker screen or reserve in the app (up to 2 hours ahead) before you go down; the station has two elevators and four escalators (see the Incheon Airport to Itaewon guide).

Itaewon luggage storage in a subway locker costs, per 4 hours on a weekday, ₩2,200 small, ₩3,300 medium, ₩4,400 large; Seoul city lists ₩3,100, ₩4,600 and ₩6,100 on weekends and an extra ₩500, ₩800 or ₩1,000 per hour after four. The large locker is 90 cm high and stands an upright 24-inch suitcase.
Scan the QR code at the locker (no app needed), pay by card, bank transfer or overseas payment (WeChat, Alipay and cards, per the T-Locker FAQ) and enter the six-digit PIN within about 4 minutes. It is single use, works only while the subway runs and keeps bags up to 5 days. T-Locker announced a fee survey on 14 October 2026, so check the screen. The full how-to is in the Seoul luggage storage guide.
2. Noksapyeong, Hangangjin, Samgakji and Sinyongsan
If the Itaewon luggage storage bank is full, the same dataset lists lockers on both sides. Noksapyeong, one stop west on Line 6, has a bank on B1F by the elevator, near the 7-Eleven. Hangangjin, one stop east, has lockers on the mezzanine toward Exit 1.
Two stops west is Samgakji: lockers 1 to 13 on Line 4 near Exits 1, 2, 5 and 6, and lockers 14 to 22 on Line 6 B1F toward Exits 7 and 8, by the toilets. Sinyongsan on Line 4 has a bank by the gates near Exits 1, 5 and 6. All use the same prices. For the Yongsan side see Yongsan luggage storage.

3. Itaewon Luggage Storage in Shops and Hotels
Radical Storage listed several Itaewon luggage storage points on 15 October 2026, each ₩5,100 per bag per day: an Itaewon shop (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 5 from 6 reviews), a Seoul Itaewon hotel (24 hours, 4.5 from 8 reviews), an Itaewon Subway Station hotel (8:00 AM to 9:30 PM, 4.8 from 14 reviews) and a Samgakji Station shop (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM).
The 24-hour hotel is the only listing that covers a late flight. Bags sit behind a counter without a lock, so keep valuables with you, and check the closing time against your last stop. A reviewer on Radical Storage notes the luggage may sit in a hallway with only a reservation sticker.
4. Why There Is No Staffed Counter in Itaewon
Seoul city lists six T-Luggage counters (Seoul Station, Hongik University, Jamsil, Myeongdong, Gimpo Airport and Jongno 3-ga), and none is in Itaewon. The easiest is Seoul Station: ride Line 6 to Samgakji, change to Line 4 and get off at Seoul Station, where the counter is on B1F near Exit 1, open 09:00 to 22:00. Station-to-airport delivery starts at ₩20,000 per bag on weekdays and works with Incheon Terminal 2 only.
See Seoul Station luggage storage and the Seoul luggage storage hub for details.
From Itaewon to the Airport With Your Bags
After Itaewon luggage storage, KAL Limousine 6702 (₩18,000) stops at Itaewon 2-dong and the Grand Hyatt, and is the airport bus with an Itaewon stop. The alternatives are Airport Limousine 6001 (₩17,000) to Samgakji and then Line 6, or AREX all-stop to Gongdeok and Line 6, about ₩6,200 to ₩6,800 (estimate).
A taxi is about ₩50,000 to ₩55,000 by day and ₩69,000 to ₩76,000 from 23:00 to 02:00, tolls included (estimate, see Incheon Airport to Itaewon). International Taxi is a flat ₩85,000 for Yongsan-gu. No night bus stops in Itaewon, so for a late departure book a pre-booked pickup. Read Incheon Airport luggage storage for the airport end.

Mistakes to Avoid
- Expecting a counter for Itaewon luggage storage. There is none; lockers and shops only.
- Assuming 51 lockers is plenty. Check availability, and keep Noksapyeong as a backup.
- Using a small locker for a suitcase. Only the large locker stands a 24-inch case.
- Missing the 18:00 shop closing. One Itaewon listing closes at 6 PM.
- Locking your phone inside. The PIN is on your phone screen.
- Leaving after the subway closes. T-Lockers work only while the subway runs.
